Wind River Built receives Excellence in Innovation Award

After 10 years in operation, Wind River Built, a leading innovator in custom-built small residential and modular units for residential, hospitality, and commercial applications, has been honored by the AGC East Tennessee as the recipient of the Excellence in Innovation Award.

The honor is recognition of its cutting-edge contributions to the construction industry: advancing the small-scale dwelling movement and providing unique solutions for housing, vacation rentals, and remote workspaces ranging from 200 to 1400 square feet.

“AGC East Tennessee’s Excellence in Innovation Award recognizes companies that bring fresh ideas and practical solutions to the construction industry. This year, our board selected Wind River Built for their forward-thinking approach to blending sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic design to address the growing need for innovative housing options,” said Jerod Gilley, Board Chair of AGC East Tennessee.

“Wind River Built has shown a strong ability to anticipate industry trends and deliver versatile spaces that reimagine living and leisure. Their approach is reshaping how hospitality businesses serve their guests and encouraging the construction industry to explore new possibilities for small-scale dwellings.”

For Travis Pyke, CEO of Wind River Built, “It’s an honor to be recognized by AGC East Tennessee with the Excellence in Innovation Award. At Wind River Built, we strive to set new standards in construction by blending sustainability, functionality, and design. This award is a reflection of our team’s passion for creating versatile, high-quality spaces that meet the needs of today’s world.”
