As part of its global expansion strategy, Drees & Sommer, a German construction and real estate consulting firm, will expand into the U.S. market thanks to the acquisition of VVA Project & Cost Managers, a New York-based consulting firm that was founded in 1994 and provides a comprehensive portfolio of project management and quantity surveying services for clients across the U.S.
The firm’s advisory offerings include project and cost planning, due diligence and site selection, detailed cost estimating, procurement and bid management, design monitoring, construction administration, and cost control for high-profile projects. The firm has 11 offices in the U.S. and an international presence in London, U.K.
